The Challenge

Chenab Engineering Works has been operating since 1950 with a strong reputation in precision engineering, sand casting, machining and defense component manufacturing. Despite being a top-rated vendor for major clients including Millat Tractors and defense procurement agencies, the brand had minimal social media presence and was generating almost no inbound leads through digital channels. The business was entirely dependent on existing relationships and word of mouth, leaving significant commercial opportunity untapped.

Our Approach

Digital Genei conducted a full audit of Chenab Engineering’s digital footprint and identified three core problems. First, the brand had no consistent content strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. Second, there was no targeted outreach to procurement managers, B2B buyers or international distributors. Third, the website had no conversion pathway for inbound inquiries from social media traffic.

We designed a bespoke three-phase social media strategy built specifically around Chenab Engineering’s product range, client base and growth targets.

Phase 1: Brand Positioning and Content Foundation (Month 1 to Month 2)

We repositioned Chenab Engineering on social media as a precision-grade, ISO-certified manufacturing partner rather than just a local foundry. Every content piece was crafted to communicate technical authority, product quality and international supply capability.

Content pillars included process videos from the foundry floor, product showcase posts for tractor parts and defense components, quality certification highlights, client win announcements and behind-the-scenes manufacturing content. Phase 2: Targeted B2B Outreach and Lead Generation (Month 2 to Month 4)

We ran highly targeted LinkedIn campaigns directed at procurement officers, supply chain managers and engineering directors in Pakistan, the Middle East and allied export markets. Paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram targeted tractor dealers, agricultural equipment distributors and industrial buyers across Punjab and Sindh.

Every ad was designed to drive traffic to a dedicated landing page with a clear request-for-quote form, product catalogue download and direct WhatsApp inquiry option. This removed friction from the inquiry process and converted social media traffic into measurable business leads.

Phase 3: Retargeting, Authority Building and Conversion Optimisation(Month 4 to Month 6)

We retargeted all website visitors and video viewers with follow-up ads featuring client testimonials, ISO certification proof points and product-specific offers. We also launched a LinkedIn thought leadership series positioning Chenab Engineering’s senior team as voices of authority in the Pakistani precision engineering and defense manufacturing sectors.

Weekly performance reporting allowed us to optimise ad spend, double down on top-performing content and refine audience targeting based on real conversion data.
