Position Overview:

As the Head of Human Resources at Digital Genei, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring the well-being and development of our employees. This leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, from recruitment and talent acquisition to employee engagement and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
      • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth plans.
      • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
      • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Employee Relations:
      • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and resolving conflicts.
      • Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Performance Management:
      • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
      • Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Training and Development:
      • Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
      • Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities to support professional growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
      • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards.
      • Conduct regular benchmarking to stay updated on market trends.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
      • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
      • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
  • Succession Planning:
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify key positions and develop succession plans to ensure continuity and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Human Resources, with a track record of strategic HR management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address complex HR issues.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • Demonstrated commitment to employee well-being, development, and engagement.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
