Position Overview:

As the SEO Strategist at Digital Genei, you will be the driving force behind our organic search initiatives. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies, ensuring our digital assets are not only discoverable but also positioned for long-term success. Join us in shaping the digital future through strategic SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development:
      • Develop and implement strategic SEO plans aligned with business goals, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis:
      • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and targeted outreach.
  • On-Page Optimization:
      • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.
  • Technical SEO:
      • Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with the development team to address issues related to site structure, speed, and crawlability.
  • Content Creation and Optimization:
      • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
  • Link Building:
      • Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and establish a strong backlink profile.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
      • Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
      • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an SEO Strategist, with a track record of successful organic growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • In-depth understanding of technical SEO, including site audits, crawl optimization, and performance improvements.
  • Experience in optimizing website content for search engines, including keyword placement and content structure.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective link-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate SEO strategies to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms, such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
