Job Overview:

Digital Genei is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our growing team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites according to client specifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with industry best practices and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement website features and functionalities.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant languages.
• Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and address bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
• Stay updated on emerging web development trends and technologies, incorporating them into ongoing projects.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
• Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with back-end technologies and server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) is a plus.
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
